1. Use of Service

FluentMind AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our platform for personal, non-commercial language learning. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape our AI system
  • Share account credentials with others
  • Use the Service to generate harmful, misleading, or offensive content
  • Exceed the API rate limits or abuse the free tier

2. AI-Generated Content

FluentMind AI uses artificial intelligence to generate language tutoring content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Do not rely solely on AI translations or tutoring for critical medical, legal, or safety matters.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@fluentmindai.com.

4. Payments and Refunds

Pro plan subscription charges are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase by contacting support@fluentmindai.com.

5. Limitation of Liability

FluentMind AI is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
